• Matrimony Application Data: Full legal name, gender, date of birth, photographs (for profile verification), marital status, community/cultural preferences, educational background, occupation, income range, and government-issued ID data (processed for mandatory user validation to prevent fraud).
• Astrology & Numerology Application Data: Exact date of birth, time of birth, place of birth (latitude/longitude coordinates), and full legal birth names required strictly to generate planetary ephemeris, birth charts, life path profiles, destiny matrices, and horoscopes.
• Device & Analytics Information: IP addresses, unique device identifiers, Android operating system versions, crash logs, and localized app performance metrics.
• Push Notification Tokens: Unique, anonymized device tokens to deliver daily horoscopes, numerology shifts, system alerts, and match updates.
• Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID) used to serve non-intrusive advertisements.

2. Data Collection Mechanisms & Permissions

Our applications handle sensitive data transparently using Android runtime permissions:

• Camera & Storage Permission: Utilized within our Matrimony app exclusively when a user explicitly chooses to take a photo or upload profile images from their gallery.
• Location Permission: Used in Astrology and Numerology apps to auto-populate birth coordinates or in Matrimony apps to suggest local matches. Users can opt out or manually type their location.
• Notification Permission (Android 13+): Explicitly requested at app launch to deliver personalized alerts.

3. How We Use Your Data

We strictly restrict the use of your data to the following services:

• Generating precise personal astrological charts, daily horoscopes, numerological patterns, and compatibility calculations.
• Creating public, discoverable match profiles for other verified users within the Matrimony app ecosystem.
• Authenticating user profiles to enforce an abuse-free environment.
• Sending automated push notifications containing daily alerts, vibrational forecasts, matching updates, and system updates.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

COSMIKSYNC LLP does not sell, rent, or trade your personal or sensitive user data. Data is only shared under these limited scenarios:

• Public Profiles (Matrimony Only): Information you voluntarily choose to showcase on your matchmaking profile is visible to other registered, verified users of that specific app.
• Legal Compliance: When mandated by applicable law enforcement agencies or regulatory frameworks.
• Third-Party Service Providers: We integrate external services to optimize ad monetization and communications:

  • Google Firebase (FCM): Manages secure device tokens required to transmit app push notifications.

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion Policy

In strict compliance with Google Play User Data policies, we store data only for as long as your account remains active.

• User Right to Deletion: Every app published by COSMIKSYNC LLP contains an easily accessible, in-app feature allowing users to request complete account deletion.
• Upon requesting account deletion, all personal data, birth details, core name configurations, photographs, matched profiles, and notification tokens are permanently and securely deleted from our live production databases within 30 days.

6. Security Controls

We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL/TLS) encryption protocol links to transfer data securely from your mobile device to our servers. Sensitive documents used for matrimony verification are stored in siloed environments with restricted administrative rights.
