These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you (the user) and COSMIKSYNC LLP governing your download, access, installation, and use of any mobile applications published under our brand on the Google Play Store.

1. Eligibility and User Registration

• Matrimony Applications: You must be of legal marriageable age according to the laws of your jurisdiction (minimum 18 years for females and 21 years for males in India) to register an account. Registration requires a verified mobile number and valid identity proofs.
• Astrology & Numerology Applications: Users under the age of 18 must obtain explicit parental or guardian consent to utilize interactive calculations and forecast features.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current data during your registration process. Providing falsified information will result in immediate termination of service.

2. Rules of User Conduct

By creating an account on any application managed by COSMIKSYNC LLP, you explicitly agree that you will not:

• Create fake profiles, impersonate other individuals, or display fraudulent credentials.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or stalk other users discovered via our matchmaking platforms.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from our applications for commercial use.
• Post explicit, defamatory, obscene, or culturally insensitive content.

3. Push Notifications & In-App Communications

• By downloading our applications and granting corresponding system permissions, you consent to receive automated push notifications regarding daily horoscopes, numerology shifts, matchmaking system alerts, profile visits, and promotional partner content.
• Users can fully control or deactivate these transmissions at any time through the application settings menu or via the Android OS native Notification settings manager.

4. Third-Party Advertisements

• Our free application tiers feature third-party advertising space powered by Google AdMob.
• COSMIKSYNC LLP does not directly endorse or verify the explicit accuracy of commercial claims made within external advertisements served via AdMob networks. Users interact with advertising elements at their own risk.

5. Nature of Services & Disclaimers

• Astrology & Numerology Disclaimer: Astrological charts, cosmic forecasts, mathematical values, predictions, and readings generated by our software applications are meant strictly for educational, informational, and personal entertainment use. They do not constitute binding legal, financial, or medical diagnoses. COSMIKSYNC LLP offers no absolute guarantee regarding the accuracy or outcomes of esoteric or mathematical readings.
• Matrimony Disclaimer: While COSMIKSYNC LLP implements strict profiles and verification barriers, we do not guarantee marriages or absolute background authenticity of other users. Users are strongly advised to conduct independent verifications before entering into matrimonial agreements.

6. Premium Memberships and Billing

Our apps may offer optional paid premium tiers (e.g., matching features, personalized consultant access). All financial purchases are processed through the official Google Play Billing System. Subscriptions, auto-renewals, and payment methods are fully managed under Google Play account settings. Refunds are evaluated and approved according to standard Google Play Store merchant policies.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, visual interfaces, UI/UX configurations, graphics, text formulations, and algorithmic logic powering our Matrimony, Astrology, and Numerology platforms belong exclusively to COSMIKSYNC LLP. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access our applications on authorized Android devices.

8. Limitation of Liability

COSMIKSYNC LLP, its partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the apps, matching outcomes, peer interactions, or reliance upon any astrological or numerological data.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be interpreted and governed under the prevailing corporate and software laws of India. Any disputes arising directly from these applications shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located near the registered place of business of COSMIKSYNC LLP.
